Most of the time, this radio station is silent. At random intervals -- and no more than once an hour -- it plays the "invincibility music" from Super Mario Bros. for fifteen seconds.

For these fifteen seconds, all listeners are to behave as if they were invincible, and to do courageous things: ask the girl out, tell off the boss, park illegally, pay utility bills, etc.

(of course, listeners understand that they aren't _technically_ invincible: leaping from tall buildings and running red lights are still discouraged)

Annotation:

I want my shoes to play that music at odd times during the day. I can just imagine helping a customer, hearing the music, and hitting on his hottie girlfriend. I think the music would long run-out before I made it to England to visit [po], though ... The "time is running out" theme from Super Mario Brothers might be nice too ...

Not being a video gamer, I don't know the tune, but the concept is good...perhaps a selection of invincible tunes....certain classical and rock tunes have invincible overtones.....

Off topic...any research on what in music evokes which feelings in human beans ?

Someday, [po] ... someday ... If I ever end up going to the Isle of Man TT, I'll give you a ring ...
