If we can't Like the individual annotations, perhaps it would
not be too hard to add voting to the discussion itself. Then
even if an idea had 2000 fishbones, it still might be the most
popular discussion, and then the inventors perhaps won't
delete the
idea
even though they realize how dumb
it was.
