This is 2 Fry's idea expanded. He said that astronauts should
walk in slow motion to board their spacecraft. I'd like to
expand HIS idea to other events.
Presidential candidate declared election winner: slow motion
to the podium, Oscar winner: slow mo to get the statue etc.
Superbowl winner
team owner getting trophy, top of the class
graduate getting top honor award etc.
This is not my idea so I don't know if it's appropriate for me to
post it. I'm taking 2 Fry's idea and just expanding it to where
else it would be done.
Fast forward to :20

You'll need a range of slow-motion accessories to make the illusion work

They already do this. They just speed up the playback. |

There exist sets of equipment used by (space) researchers which employ a harness, springs and cables to simulate the effect of lower gravity, as on your moon. |
|
|
The "centre of attention" should wear such a harness, permitting them to move in huge, slow, gravity-defying leaps over the heads of lesser mortals. |
|
|
Thinking of the Tellytubbies here, could the scenes
concerned be enacted by giant lookalikes? Otherwise the
gravity would be wrong. |

|
Walk slowly, and carry a big schtick. |

The Right Stuff theme music should be playing in the
background. |
