Zombie Run

 Zombie Run, each runner that gets tagged turns into a Zombie... then...

As more and more Zombies get created they all start to chase the Runners, eventually there is only 1 runner left being chased by everyone who is now a zombie. Being chased by hundreds of 'zombies' starts to get sketchy.

       Unless you were thinking of this as a kind of footrace. In that case, it's novel AFAIK.
