Before mentioning sacks full of kittens, I'd like to draw your attention to Mabel, the Swimming Wonder Monkey (see link), who used an aqualung, and warn you that animals and water don't often mix; but if you add technology to that, you're only a gnat's shuffle away from disaster. |

No, a wet-suit is to keep you warm. It traps a layer of water between its elf and your elf, and this acts as an insulator. A dry-suit keeps you dry. |
