This hardware device is a small and simple item. When it is attached to a standard CAT cable, it cuts the cable, connects to all 8 wires, and sends the standard jamming signal on both sides.

       If you're attacking a data center that doesn't have carded entry and video cameras, I doubt you'd need to resort to physical devices to disrupt service.   

       Simply pull the power plugs out of their sockets, and deny their electrical service.
