Imagine if you could go to a site like http://www.mp3.com and find a type of music you like, but then you could post a request for an artist to compose a song for you in some style, perhaps with pointers from you or other examples. In return you either pay a small fee or set some egoboo level point
system thing. Allows the artist to get more coverage... Momus: Stars Forever
http://www.demon.co...s/starscentral.html 30 songs at $1000/song to pay for lawsuit resulting from unwanted homage to Wendy Carlos. [jutta, Jun 12 2000]
(??) Narbotic
http://www.narbotic.com send him a title, and he'll make a song [jutta, Jun 12 2000]

not a bad idea this one.. |

Problem is: writing, arranging, recording and mixing a song, even very badly, will take the guts of a day. Sell these mp3's at the lowest feasible price and they'll still be quite pricey. And crap. |

I'll do it for $20 each. It'll take all of 5 minutes to make, and will be in any theme you prefer. Sure it will be crap, but at least it will be cheap crap, well, comparitively cheap crap. |
