The word "How?" springs to mind at this point.

Shutter glasses are made to allow 3-D viewing by opening and closing LCD shutters on opposite lenses so every other screen is seen. I would like to have the shutter speed user-controlled and able to work in tandom, then a person could use them to simulate a strobe and do things like stop the apparent motion of a rotating object. Alternatively, a person could make a strobe by just shining a light through one of the shutters.
