Freezer comes out 5 inches... rotates on its axis and turns around 180 Degrees..

Old food sits at the back. New Food sits in the front. Old Food gets spoilt more easily. New food does not. Freezer has two doors, one at the front and back. Press the botton at the side, Freezer moves forward 5 inches rotates on its axis and turns around 180 Degrees. Remove and use old items.

       Or how about a multi-tiered system that would rotate at different rates depending on what was stocked in it. The crisper tier would rotate to the average lifespan of vegetables at the given temperature and atmosphere, and a meat revolving tier. A beverage tier, seafood, leftovers, etc ...
