Billboards of Seduction

Billboards of Seduction can only be placed where they won't cause a serious distraction to passing motorists. This is because they are very successful at their job, which is causing a distraction and seducing the unwary.

They advertise products in the usual and most successful way, ie by deploying images of female faces that have slightly larger than usual eyes, which create eye contact with their observers. That's all standard stuff, but the big difference is that the eyelids are linked to vanes which make them flutter in the wind, and cause the lips to swell, part slghtly and periodically pout.

       Hey, can't blame 'em.

I get it. A better idea: ads that are made entirely from material that's fluttering in the wind, vanes instead of pixels.
