All is stated in the description. I feel that there is not nearly enough easily available chili in contemporary society. Wendy's is about the only fast food restaurant to even serve this heavenly dish. Imagine a Utopia with free chili fountains available to the public. If this is not immediately
possible at least chili vending fountains could be setup and surely run profitably.
