I keep thinking about what is the back story of some of the many unnamed henchmen that work for the evil Bond villains.

Where do they come from? Why do they enlist? What do they do on their day off? Do they get a day off??

What would a Bond move look like from their point of view?

Isn't that more or less the Simposon's episode where they move to another town to work for a supervillian? (You only move twice)

       This opens up unlimitless possibilities.

"Private Pike .... you have failed. This organisation does not tolerate failure ...."

This is sort-of baked in the Austin Powers movies - when Powers takes down a henchman, there's a cut to the shot of his widow and kids being told that he won't be coming back ...

Why do Bond villains never employ a Health and Safety Officer ? All those railings to plummet over ... drums of fuel carelessly stacked ... staff firing automatic weapons without proper eye or hearing protection ... shark tanks without a safety net ...

What 8th said re: Austin Powers.

And now a gratuitous quote:-

Player: "...We can do you blood and love without the rhetoric, and we can do you blood and rhetoric without the love, and we can do you all three concurrent or consecutive. But we can't give you love and rhetoric without the blood. Blood is compulsory. They're all blood, you see."

Guildenstern: "Is that what people want?"

Player: "It's what we do."
