I make windmills and am thinking of offering custom painted blades and tails (vanes). What ever the customer wants, he gets. From names to photos. What do all the half bakers thinK. Should I do it or is does this need some more cooking time? Plus does any one know how to have photo images transfered to sheet metal?

       Tales, really?

Vanes *are* tails, according to a five second Google; not sure where tales come in.

Youathinker: I think you need to come up with some sample designs to give people some food for thought.
