       I like it.   

       This design should drastically reduce splashback over the current design, which must have been drafted by an evil woman who wants men to get their pants wet.   

       Just don't make the opening too small, for sanitation reasons (and probably Freudian too).

       Why couldn't other themes be used on urinals. Why not a face of a hated public figure eg. Bush, Hitler or has this one already been done. Or could you not pee into a mockup of a beautiful ladies celebs mouth - or is that waaayyy too kinky!!!!
