Although this might cut down on the amount of stories your friends can make fun of you about, it would help the Denny's waitress understand you DO want the biscuits and gravy poured over your Reuben.

Could backfire though. After all, the waitress would also understand you when you said you wanted to take her home and have sex with her all night in all manner of positions.....

I'd rather see a device that translates proper language into unintelligible drunk talk-- a reverse drunken slur translator (RDST). So that when you see that pretty girl or your boss, you can tell her/him what you really want to say and not fear that they will understand it (unless they have a drunken slur translator). Plus this device could help designated drivers fit it better with the crowd.
