This appears to be similar to an ordinary security camera. The only non-aesthetic difference being that it is motion tracking.
However the most noticeable difference is that, where the lens should be, there is a screen with the image of the Eye of Sauron following intruders around the room (The image
would only be visible from the point of view of someone looking at the camera, it would still be recording normally).
It may be 2 years too late to cash in on the big merchandising craze. But I'm sure that there could be a market for this product, for die-hard Tolkien fans, or for companies that want their security measures to look somewhat creepy.
