Cover the city's footpaths with large bubblewrap, to make it more interesting to walk around. People will be flocking to use the footpaths, taking more cars off the roads. Councils could also get an idea of most commonly used streets. Once depleted, can be replaced by special road crews.

As one of the most clumsiest people I know, I like this. I fall down alot. (+) I think the road crews should wear suits made out of bubble wrap also, just for shits and giggles |
