Right, so I'm sure that "It's A Small World" allows young children, pregnant women and the elderly to ride but what about an amusement park built Especially for them?

Every ride would be accessible, there would be no "You must be at least this tall" signs, and no warnings for mothers-to-be or folks with heart conditions. Not to say there Should be and the rides are just normal rides (hah). Rather, every ride is as fun as possible without potential to harm the less-than-robust.

Or maybe just a section of a regular theme park so the kids and the grandparents can split up.

       A ride especially designed for, say, pregnant women with heart trouble? Perhaps a cushy sofa-chair with wheels (and a brake) would fit the bill, but it doesn't sound like much fun.

       I like it. I have been on some rides that have just been too fast or too scary. A slower less thrilling ride would be great for some of us regular folks too.
