Not a completely new idea as such, more an improvement/adaptation of existing ones.
This would be a small musical device, kind of like those kids toys where you wind a handle to make music. But the handle is replaced with a hamster wheel, and the musical choice is limited to crazy Gypsy fiddle
music.
