its shoots bullets and plays music music that is appropriate for the circumstance

maybe some weapons like an AK47 would play jihad music

and an UZI could play death metal whenever it was firing

if i were an orchestra conductor and someone were tasked to shoot me i might insist that their weapon play classical music

If we're being culturally correct, the AK would play Kalinka songs and the Uzi would play Hava Nagila.

The real trick would be getting an M16 to play Grateful Dead songs.

I'm having a problem with this sentence, besides the idea. If someone were hunting animals would it play different music than if you were killing humans. I'll have to bone this for cruelty and bad taste.

The music of the Stalin Organ is particularly attractive.

If I want to hear incessant high-pitched shrieking, I'll just listen to a Smashing Pumpkins album. Same effect, fewer dismemberments.

i am a bit surprised by the opposition to this idea. I believed it was a winner. there is no cruelty i argue that the presence of music would give victims a fighting chance (they might hear it coming) and would thus reduce the potential cruelty of utilizing a weapon (fire arms) to kill anything.

The key to winning a firefight is generally to not give the other guy a fighting chance.

I am not a proponent of this idea for more reasons than I care to count. Please keep the post, however, as it's got one of my rare subtle jokes in the annos.

I once read of a British Colonial event, where the highlight was to be a regimental orchestra playing the 1812 Overture.

Unfortunately, even firing blanks, the cannon blew over the entire string section.

I must admit, I'm flattered. Many of my ideas I post are followed by copycat ideas. Either expressing distaste or copying the idea outright. I know many posts on here by other members do the same thing, but it seams in my experience that my posts generate response ideas. So, thanks.
