I was thinking of a "tattoo" that could act as a pedometer. It would come in any of many designs, ranging from "girly" segmented hearts that would be from unlit to nine-tenths lit, to a "gothic" model that could show things (using digits and kanji) such as "1-oku 5733-man 4862-ho"
