MRI scan your organs, merge them virtually with a universal tool handle clip-on structure, print it out, clip it on to reduced handled tools, and hammer away. So instead of a generic rubber handled tool you would be holding your heart in your hand, or your brain, or your jawbone.

I remember reading about a girl who did a furniture design project, she made casts of her organ and inset them into drawer and cupoard door fronts to function as recessed handles.

Any tool that sends you into a euphoric daze, is a bit dangerous or costs your master profit.
