My computer is making sounds when it scrolls. Not from the speakers, the CPU or something.
Hence this idea. Customizable looping sound effects that play when you scroll.
A basic example would be a low pitch while scrolling down, and a higher one while scrolling upwards. That is just basic.
You
could have anything. Screams, giggles, machinery, whatever you choose.
Just sound effects when you scroll.

This computer is strange. It's making all sorts of noises. Even when you select something, or move the mouse. I suppose we could make SFX for that, but that's for another day. |

Kind of like the teeth-on-edge noise you get when you move to another "page" on one of those "belt" type revolving blackboards. |
