Two-handed Toothbrush

You don't hold this toothbrush, you *wield* it

Most toothbrushes that are currently on the market appear to be ideal inventions.

However, the average common garden variety only allows you to hold the brush in one hand while the other hand serves only to turn the taps and/or faucets and then hang limply by your side.

But now, behold!

With a two-handed hilt you can to take the fight against tooth decay to another level. As if it were Excalibrush, and taken from the fair hands of the Lady of the Latrine, this mighty weapon against tartar and plaque can be used to great effect.

The two handed grip allows you to apply greater leverage, greater power, and for a wider variety of brushing styles.

I'm amazed no toothbrush manufacturer has used the name Excalibrush before.

Absolutely, there's also a folding version - the swishblade.

[hippo] - so was I! There are many long-handled brushes with two heads, normally for brushing dogs teeth. But no medieval inspired toothbrushes of oral justice.
Go figure.

       - not even a Star wars-themed "Plaque Sabre", which could have been another two-handed dental cleansing tool.

I foresee this getting very messy, I detest wiping toothpaste off of the bathroom mirror, after a quick spin with a double handed toothbrush I don't think I'll be able to see anything. +

Erm - well, they seem to show up a lot when I did a bit of Intarweb searching to see if this idea was original. The two heads are apparently useful for dogs' different types of teeth - as opposed to two-headed dogs.

Would this look like a Battleth? (the Klingon weapon from Star Trek), but with a brush in the center?

How would you clean your back teeth with this?
phundug, Dec 17 2007

Nope. Bristles are at the end of the brush. It's two handed in terms of length of handle so you can hold it like, say, a baseball bat - not as per Klingon weapon choice.

       Thanks for the clarification, [Jinbish]
