Hard shell dipped ice cream is yummy, what if there were a liquid dip for warm nuggets that turned to hard shell from warmth

Quorn nuggets are like vegetarian chicken nuggets.

What if you could dip a Quorn nugget in a dipping sauce and have it come out with a delicious hard shell just like ice cream hard shell, but likely a savory flavor?

Some proteins like milk protein coating the sides of a pan or pussing skins turn firm when heated, screening various proteins could find one that turned to a shell when warm nuggets were dipped in cool or lukewarm sauce.

Along with a new way to eat cheese does anyone have flavor suggestions?
