A promently positioned Web-Cam employed in restaurant employee's bathrooms,(EspeciallyChinese)and wired to all tables. Provides an 'overweiw of hand washing practices and usage of/non use of latex gloves for personal hygiene.
Begs the questions: Should I throw up my hands? (Or,just throw up?)
