When I sit in a car for a long journey,my neck gets very painfully tired in supporting my head's weight.I think the back seat's back should be made to slide up and down, controlled by a knob, located under the seat near the leg, operated by hand or motor. So,when a passenger is tired,he can lower the back to a suitabl height, put the head on the top of the back, and let the seat back to support his head's weight!
