Breed miniature cows | |
Lets breed miniature cows, say 3 or 4 pounds. A whole new food industry awaits. While not replacing chicken as a favorite we might see Kentucky Fried Cow or Cow McNuggets. Maybe Shake and Bake for Bovine on your cow fingers. And hey, 4 legs.

If you make the cows smaller, they will eat more for their weight. So, they'd be expensive to raise for food and would be hard to butcher ( more cases of (now what was it called? )) |
