You could also have a cigarette holder piercing, variable lense microscope piercings, nose flute piercing, hair clip piercing, clips on the forehead and jaw to hold two upsidedown beercans like those stadium baseball beer caps, maybe a straw embedded into your cheek. Anything where it would be convenient to have something closer to your face.
