I used to have a window hanger thing with a smiley on one side and a grumpy on the other, which i hung in my window with the appropriate side facing depending on my mood.
Why not have a HB version with a fishbone and a croissant to similarly express emotions?
Window attachment is achieved with
the use of a sucker and the sign hangs on wire or string (like a shop open/close sign).
The benefits of showing the world how you feel are questionable, but it would look cool even if not used for any particular purpose. [link]

I would like to think that my neighbors could judge my mood from the look on my face. |

No point in showing off what your mood is, at any time. Let them find out the hard way. |

Ah, you follow the inscrutable Japanese approach...? |

Surprise is key to success. Keep your friends close, and your enemies closer. |

I have reconsidered the expressing of mood purpose, but wouldn't a hanging sign just look cool? |
