As cellphones are likely to get better sound hardware and are on more sophisticated networks, simply specify a URL for a ring tone, and stream anything from a live audio broadcast to your own MP3 collection

Cell phones ringing are obnoxious. And, why do people let them ring 37 times before answering? With this idea, they would be inclined to listen longer before picking up, and really aggravating me more.
