The eye is weighted at the bottom by the model, (Snowman, small wooden hut, Santa, and others available).
Also available, eyes with a small led at the top to shed a little light on the festive scene.

Was this not in "World According to Garp"? If I recall, someone loses an eye and then talks about how a snowglobe eye would be neat. |
