I find getting the last of the crunchy peanut butter, from the jar, frustrating .

What if the jar has a food silicon disk at the bottom of the jar. The disk has a hook space which allows a person to pull the disk closer to the top of the jar.

The squeegied goodness then becomes available for consumer delight. Smiles all round.

       Delta Jar?
RayfordSteele, Aug 02 2016

Anyone else reading the title as Swear-Jar and forgetting what the idea was the last time you clicked on it?

       Just me?
Righto, carry on then.

Yes Delta attempt .This idea is aims at a simple retrofit rather than an overhaul.

I had this idea and posted it on here ages ago, possibly before the crash of '04. I specifically posted it in order that prior art could be established incidentally.

Fair enough, nothing new under the sun and probably better written. I'm sure other halfbakers will second.

i thought it was an animated unicode (new animated unicode!) symbol that was of an opening jar...

that said, i think they could put a pillow pad at the base of squish tubes so that it is possible to get all the material out of the squish tube pushing the pillow pad up.

You should just be able to pull the jar inside-out, like with a liner.
