Proposed is a peer-to-peer "cloud" backup system in which
the user picks SPECIFIC users with which to share his/her
information. (I would trust my closest friends with my most
secret files more than I should probably trust a large
corporation, but it would be a pain to use a thumb drive for
this
sort of work.) The usual encryption schemes would be
employed nonetheless.
