There is an inescapable tension created between the desires of the owners of powerful motorcycles and the tortoise-like road speeds allowable.

In order to meet this need, and to segregate the vulnerable bikers from the inattentive, texting-while-driving crowd, an amazing public sculpture of fast sweeping turns, banked hill climbs and the occasional straightaway turns your motorcycle commute into a thrill ride to rival Isle Of Man, Laguna Seca, Phillip Island or Cadwell Park, will run along selected major routes worldwide, to satiate the adrenaline junkies' need for speed.

Not sure I understand. Will the user be moving along sanctioned roadways or is this a sort of moto-treadmill that moves in 3D?

CrotchRocket RollerCoaster Roads™: a fun designation sign to post on forgotten roads in rusty-dustbelt USA (such as I-95 <grin>), and most secondary roads in Canada.

Crack teams of out-of-work Engineers liberate heavy equipment and 'patch roads' to create the eventually cross-continent CRRCR--which locals will pronounce 'cracker' (coincidentally who mostly uses these roads, and also the sound bones and fibreglass make during inevitable crashes/explosions).
