Curry Courier

 Easy to transport take-away food

Ever picked up a take away and then helplessly watched as the greasy carrier bag slides around in the passenger seat footwell, spilling hot grease over your car interior?

How about a collapsable semi-rigid container with a lid, and a velcro base (so it sticks to either the carpet or seat) and perhaps a strap so it can be held in place with the seatbelt.

Inside is a series of clips or hooks to keep the take-away bags upright, and the whole thing is washable so curry stains can be removed (as if).

A small heating element in the container could be powered from the car lighter socket and would help to keep the take-away at just the right temperature to breed several strains of vomit inducing bacteria... just as the cooks intended

       Good idea, but I find that it's quite possible to put the bag on the seat and belt it in. If this doesn't work for you, you need to order more curry so the bag is bigger.

       You want a thermoelectric cooler, such as the "Koolatron." Heats and cools (not at the same time). They make them small enough to hold a 6-pack, if you need something smaller try a 12V baby-bottle warmer. Should keep takeout food warm, I've used them to heat up packaged meals like TV dinners.
