       When the US govmt was trying to drive out a Columbian drug lord or some such from a hideout house some years ago, they blasted pop music at the house. Can't recall if it was Elton John or Billy Joel or other. Anyone remember?

       It was. They played Van Halen and Howard Stern to be exact. And yes, Amnesty International categorizes this as cruel, inhumane and degrading.
