A series of playing cards with ideas printed on them that is connected such that they can be splayed out one at a time forming a row showing the top card first, then subsequent cards until they're all laid out in line.

The first card at the top of the deck shows an original idea that led to the invention of another related idea. Below that is the next related idea in the chain and so on.

A very short example just to get the idea being the telegraph leading to the telephone, leading to the internet. So top card shows the telegraph, pull out the card beneath it, telephone, beneath that, steps leading to the internet.

Rather than spending hours reading and studying, just pull out your Nestled Telescoping Idea deck and get the idea in seconds.

The physical connection between the cards is based on those novelty decks that allow you to to shuffling tricks without any skill. Didn't find a link, maybe later.

Inevitably, there will have to be a set which covers the development of Nestled Telescoping Idea Cards, along with a detailed explanation of the concept of recursion.

<wonders if he has accidentally created the successor to 'snowglobes'. Decides not to ask, for fear or starting a new round of snowglobe ideas.>
