Tired of the rain dripping off your hat and down the back of your neck?
Spinning windows, on ships, maintain visibility even in the roughest storms.
This hat is modeled on the same principles. When activated, the brim and outer section spin at high speed, hurling any rain that falls on it off horizontally,
keeping you dry even in the worst of rainstorms.
Warning: do not use in crowds, as you will simply soak passers-by instead of yourself.
