This sphere has a base with digital display and a red button. Sealed inside are water, and two rubbery arms that are connected by an electromagnet. When you want your fortune, ask a question and push the red button on the sphere's base.

The two arms break free of one another, and you now have to shake and twist the sphere to reorient the arms in order to get your answer displayed.

I say, like an 8 Ball, except there is a little task to complete before you get your fortune.
