Washing machines would be fitted with TV screen on the doors. You pay for the wash and select the program. This program would be same length as your washing cycle. Temperature control would also control the rating so hot would mean xxx and cold zzz on TV screen. Possibly there could be automatic sensor which would detect the types of clothes inserted into the machine and switch on the appropriate program.        (+) But I'm envisioning this in use at a public laundry .... if you've ever been to a public laundry you will know that the nutter density is at about 20%. I'm not sure if I'd want to watch porn in that environment just because I happen to be doing a load of undies.. I guess it would be a good way to meet people. :P
