I think duplo is brill' as I like to build big structures with lego, but if it was twice as big again, then it could be used to create play houses, real furniture, houses ... much much easier.

And you could repair your house easier by just putting a new brick in!

Can't you get play houses and climbing frames made out of a sort of board that slots together to make cubical structures? If I had any idea what it was called I'd google for it.

Yeah...those were good. I haven't seen them for sale for a few years, maybe it's about time to reintroduce them...On the other hand, cushions and couch parts were favoured building materials in my family - maybe a style of furniture that can be disassembled and reassembled into cubbies, new furniture, etc. Ikea probably has it done already, they're big on the modular from what I know...+ anyway, it's a good idea

Baked as Quatro - my kid loves em' and they're too big to eat. Everyone wins.

       Edit for typo

i really like duplo because it fully interlocks with lego so its really good for making pyramids and castles(especially walls) and is lighter that lego for making a lump the same size. so double size duplo would be really good. but then people would want double double sized duplo
