The wheels can be attached to anything and will move according to the user...who can guide them using the controls. Can be used to transport heavy bags..whatever

Attaching two *separate* wheels (as ashreeta_p2 suggests) would be hard to do. You would have to have the appropriate mechanism for attaching those wheels on whatever you wanted to transport |
