imagine a cubic speaker cabinet balancing on a stick at a local show! It is spinning, the sound coming out is, in a word, the -same -sound-any-leslie -speaker-would -make. But the visual effect is...well, pretty exciting by 18th century standards.

The mechanics of a gyroscope are hundreds of years old, and leslies are 50 years old. The main challenge is in the swiveling electrical connection, which, has also been done.

suggestions are welcome...

fascinating and dangerous as hell.... [+]

You could beam the music in wirelessly and have an internal amplifier, using the wired electrics for power only. Realistically you'd also want it in a cage and bolted through the floor or put up with having to replace guitarists on a regular basis.
