Some time ago I found out about tissue banking, a process where a surgeon parks a body part in an anomalous location connecting it to the blood supply while waiting to reattach it. I recall a picture of a man with an ear on his thigh. In any case, I recently saw a man with metal spikes in his forehead,
and while I thought this was smart and fashion forward I thought it might be nice to have a more "organic" look, hence "toe to forehead surgery". The blood supply in the scalp is excellent, and I believe that there is a possibility for wiggling with some help from the frontalis muscle. Nail beds could be removed for a more "cute little nubbin" look, and they come in a variety of sizes!

My pet mouse can't believe his ear. |

This is entirely possible to do, which usually gets a bun from me. But frankly, this is even beyond my fairly large tolerance for body modification. [+-] |

Would this make biting your toenails easier, or harder? |

Harder. Have you ever tried to bite your forehead? |

I don't think it was *that* part of her head that someone was screwing with. |

Certainly makes playing footsie more interesting. |
