A higher thrust can be acheived by integrating the principles of turbojet engingine and the rocket engine.

Air taken in by the propeller can be enriched in oxygen content and burned with a high calori fuel.Enrichment of air can be done without adding any oxygen into it by a particular apparatus which can concentrate oxygen in a particular region from where air enriched in oxygen can be taken out and burned with fuel inside the motor.

       He's right though.

" Enrichment of air can be done without adding any oxygen into it by a particular apparatus which can concentrate oxygen in a particular region from where air enriched in oxygen can be taken out and burned with fuel inside the motor. "

Once you get over that part, the rest is easy. This could be adapted for scuba - or custard.

Perhaps enriching the air with buttercream frosting will make the engine work better. I mean what CAN"T be improved with buttercream icing?
