I don't know about this idea really, I know there is something plain and simple and obvious in here, but I can already feel it slipping away in the face of the task of trying to put it into words. But anyway, here goes.

Thousands of Bejewelled games could be recorded and played back at high speed, and the recorded information could be tweakable in its display format -- so The Bejewelled matrix of 8x8 tiles and 7 colors (why didnt they add in black and make it a cube?) could be displayed as a 3d cube or as a spectrum or as a sound scape via an algorithm with 3 variables, and compared by human eyes / ears until the intelligence that goes into the playing of the game is recognize able in a simple format.

Oh well, there was something in there at the beginning.

Do you mean a video-to-Bejeweled converter? (I have been known to enjoy an asciified video every now and then, props VLC). I imagine it would be a bit runny to watch when the jewels drop
