Specifically for people that have been spayed or Neutered. The Insurance would pay the bearer in the even there surgery was unssucessful and they accidentally impregnate or become impregnated.

The insurance would pay out different amounts depending on if the person chose raise the baby, child support costs+pain and suffering or just a pain and suffering cost if they decided to toss it.
