This is for people who have planters along the sides of their houses. Rain flows into the eaves, bypassing your planters. So hang an “Eave Dribbler” above a planter. Wind turns a propeller on the device, which pumps water over the eave, onto your plants. With enough water flowing in the rain gutters, this unit can become a siphon system, even without much wind force.

These are shaped in various forms, such as classic “gargoyles”, or modern popular characters. Set one in place with a special pole, lifting it to hook onto a rain gutter, temporarily, and reposition easily.
