Move mouse pointer by looking at the screen

This is actually two ideas in one

1) Use a camera to detect the position of the eyeballs and move the mouse pointer to the place being looked at. For left click, wink left eye, for right click, wink right eye and for double click blink. Click and drag ... I dunno how. Also reduces dryeye syndrome by promoting frequent blinking, though it might result in overuse of left eye muscles.

2) Wear a beanie with an IR laser beam which can be detected by a screen in front of the display. Clicking however has to be manual.
